Changes

• Added huge amounts of exception handling, with lots of (much appreciated) debugging from HarryP
• Corrected the initial enabled state for some query menu items
• Modified so that any import/query errors can be logged to a user defined file. The import/query process will now prompt the user if any errors are encountered
• Added triple image extract techniques for the FavIcons, so that if one fails then it will attempt an alternative method
• Better status bar feedback whilst any of the longer running tasks are performed
